General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of Goods from GoBuyLah Group Pte Ltd (“GoBuyLah”) through its online store at www.gobuylah.sg (“GoBuyLah Online Store”). By using GoBuyLah Online Store, you AGREE to be bound by its CONDITIONS OF USE (as set out below), LEGAL POLICY, PRIVACY and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear anywhere on GoBuyLah Online Store. Only registered customers are able to place orders through GoBuyLah Online Store. Guest shoppers may only browse but cannot place orders.
Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conduction fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.

Definitions
In these terms and conditions, “we”, “our” and “us” means GoBuyLah and “you” means the person, firm or corporation purchasing the Goods indicated in your Sales Order. Unless the context requires otherwise, words spelt with initial capitalized letters are defined terms and shall bear the meanings set out in these terms and conditions. Except to the extent that the subject matter or context may otherwise require in these terms and conditions,

• Expressions including the singular may indicate the plural and vice versa;

• Expressions indicating any particular gender may indicate all other genders and;

• Expressions indicating bodies corporate may also indicate natural persons and vice versa.

Defined Terms
In these terms and conditions:-
“Acknowledgement” means our email acknowledgement of receipt of your Sales Order;
“Agreement” means these terms and conditions together with your Sales Order and the Sales Confirmation;
“GoBuyLah” means GoBuyLah Group Pte Ltd;
“Goods” means any product listed on GoBuyLah Online Store and for the purposes of these terms and conditions, include services;
“Invoice” means the invoice issued by us to you showing the price of your Goods and which is your proof of purchase;
“Price” means the price ascribed to any Goods as set out in GoBuyLah Online Store or as intended by GoBuyLah to be set out in GoBuyLah Online Store, as appropriate;
“Sales Order” means the electronic purchase you made on GoBuyLah Online Store.

1. Registration

• User ID

Registration is simple and done only by individual customer. The customer must provide a unique email and password; thereafter a unique identification will be given for each shopper and helps us trace all orders in cases where there are queries or problems.

• Age Restriction

Customers must be over 18 years of age and to ensure all details provided during registration or any other times are correct and complete. Any changes to details provided during registration must be updated via our website.

• Account Password

You will be asked to provide a password upon registration. This password must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed or shared with anyone. You will be responsible for any purchases and activities that are submitted with your user ID.

2. Payment

• Sales Order

All Sales Orders submitted to GoBuyLah through GoBuyLah Online Store are subjected to our acceptance. Sales Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and BuyLah will take place on the dispatch to you of the purchased Goods, and until that time we reserve the right to reject your Sales Order. BuyLah shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any Sales Order, for any reason whatsoever even after a Sales Order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. In such event, we shall refund to the customer the price of the Goods purchased.

• Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated, all Prices quoted are inclusive of goods and services tax.
Unless otherwise stated, all payments to be made through GoBuyLah Online Store shall be made using credit card payment (where you are the cardholder of that card) or as we may from time to time allow so and shall be made in accordance with such procedures as we may from time to time specify.
You may also use our rewards points which are given with every during payment. The reward points have their own set of terms and conditions. Please refer to the specific terms that come with their usage.

• Payment Processing

We accept  VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL and UNIONPAY credit card payments. GoBuyLah is not responsible for the errors, acts and omissions of the credit card companies.

• Promotional Codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made through GoBuyLah Online Store.
Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order.
Promotional discount codes are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital coupons will automatically be redeemed against purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount.
Digital coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Promotional codes cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase.
In the event where the total purchase value is below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.
Coupon will not be applicable with any other promotions that may be promoted on GoBuyLah Online Store, unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery & Collection Conditions

• Deliveries are available in Singapore mainland only except area listed here.

Within 6 days slots - 10-2pm, 2-6pm, 6-10pm

Our deliveries are available from Mondays to Fridays, 10am – 10pm; on Saturdays, from 10am to 6pm. There will be no delivery on Sundays, Eve & Public Holidays. 

• Orders received on Sundays and Public Holidays will be treated as orders received the next working day.

• All delivery timings are subjected to availability. Whilst we try our best to ensure Special Instructions from Customers are followed, we reserve the right not to fulfill any special requests. Charges by our logistics partner will be computed based on the purchase amount.

• Deliveries are made on the assumption that customers or their representatives will be available to receive their purchases. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances which the customer cannot be present to receive the Goods in the requested window, an additional delivery charge of $5.35 will be charged for re-delivery. • GoBuyLah deliver your purchases right to your doorstep. Upon delivery, please check to ensure that the total number of packages (including cartons and plastic bags) received is as indicated on the invoice before acknowledging the delivery. Should there be any discrepancy, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and inform us via email at delivery@gobuylah.sg. GoBuyLah will not be held responsible for any bag discrepancies after delivery is accepted.

• Customers who wish to have their purchases left outside their home should note that GoBuyLah shall not be held responsible for any damage or missing items after the delivery has been made.

• Additional delivery charges may be applicable for bulk orders. A minimum of 3 working days lead time is required for bulk orders. GoBuyLah reserves the right to determine delivery date and postpone customer’s orders accordingly.

• Any discrepancies must be reported within 2 days upon delivery.

• In situations of stock unavailability, a GoBuyLah representative will be contacting you to make further arrangements. Should you decide not to wait for stocks to arrive or change the product, we will make a refund to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. BuyLah reserves the right to proceed with the order accordingly.

• If additional, wrong or damaged products are delivered, GoBuyLah reserves the right to collect the products from customers, refund difference or supply the correct, short delivered item upon customer’s order.

4. Pricing

Prices and availability of Goods are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and BuyLah reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after a Sales Order has been submitted and whether or not the Sales Order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your Sales Order is cancelled, GoBuyLah will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the terms set out in "Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns" below.

In the event of any price differentials between the on-line order billing and the final bill whether arising from substitutions, daily price changes, out-of-stock Products, special price, mispricing etc. GoBuylah reserves the right to adjust the final bill after the on-line bill is presented/conveyed to the Customer and such adjustment shall be final.

5. Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, GoBuyLah reserve the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, require you to disprove) that at the time of delivery the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase.


Exchanges & Returns-
In the event that the product delivered is defective or damaged, you may request for an exchange within 7 days from the date of Goods received, provided the following conditions are met but not limited to:

  • The product should be in its original condition with the guarantee card and the proof of purchase from GoBuyLah.
  • The free gifts, vouchers and accessories associated issued with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
  • All software due for return must not have their product key used.
  • Certain categories of products cannot be exchanged after usage. These include, but not limited to, Apple products, Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), Mobile Phone, Game Console, Made-to-order/Custom-Made, Air-Conditioner (once installed), Home Appliances (once used), Personal Care products, Mattresses and Assembled Furniture.
  • In the event that repair or replacement is not reasonably possible or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time without significant inconvenience to the customer, the customer will be given a choice to keep the defective good and ask for a partial refund, or return the defective good and ask for a full refund. Please note that the amount of the full refund will take into account the good’s current state resulting from your usage.
  • To request for a return/exchange, please contact us at delivery@gobuylah.sg to make prior arrangements. You are required to send the good down to us at the following address upon confirmation: Distribution Centre ( Ubi ), 9 Ubi Link, #04-13, Kawah Building, Singapore 408549
  • In the event of a refund, if the free gifts, vouchers and accessories that was issued along with the purchase is not return together with the returned product, the refund value will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gifts and/or discount. Please bring along the Invoice of your purchase at time of return/exchange.
  • If the customer does not want the order anymore, there would be an order cancellation fee of $3.90.
  • Please note the normal processing time for refund requests is 4 – 6 weeks from date of request. 

Cancellations-

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 6692 1163. If the item has been dispatched, it must be returned to the company according to guidelines as above Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns terms.

6. Product Warranty

All Goods sold are supplied and sold on “as it is” basis, unless the manufacturer or supplier of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer or supplier of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer or supplier for any claims related to such warranties.

7. Indemnity

If anyone brings a claim against the Company related to your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any Content posted, published, transmitted, or otherwise provided by you or on your behalf, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.

8. Limited of Liability

These terms and conditions set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of the Goods and performance of any services in relation thereto and there are no other warranties, conditions or terms that are binding on us except as expressly stated herein. Any warranty, condition or term concerning the Goods which might otherwise be implied or incorporated in these terms and conditions by statute, common law or otherwise is hereby expressly excluded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions

• Excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or liability implied into these terms and conditions (including any condition, warranty, right or liability imposed by the Unfair Contracts Terms Act (Cap. 396)) where to do so is illegal or would render any provision hereof void; or

• Shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Our maximum aggregate liability hereunder whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods paid by you to us.

9. Product Display Images

GoBuyLah Online Store attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Where there are accessories or furnishings included in the product image, they are used purely for illustration purposes only and will not be included in the final sale of the product.

10. Variation of Terms and Conditions

GoBuyLah reserves the right to amend/update the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without prior notice to the Customer. We advise Customers to visit and review the current Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy that apply to your transactions and use of GoBuyLah Online Store. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using GoBuyLah Online Store.

11. Termination of Account

GoBuyLah, at our discretion reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate an account of any individual at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Singapore. Both we and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

  • Online Promotions, Discounts and Gift Items
    Online promotions, discounts and gift items are not exchangeable and non-refundable. Promotions are subjected to stock availability.
  • Online Vouchers or Coupon Codes Promotion
    Online Vouchers or Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or retail in store promotion unless stated otherwise and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Online Pricing
    All prices shown online are only valid online at the time shown.

Gobuylah reserves the right to vary or cancel any promotion(s) and/or make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions on an ongoing, ad-hoc basis as needed and as legally/ethically required, and as at any other time it deems fit or necessary without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Gobuylah shall be final and conclusive.

  • Product Warranty
    The warranty for all the electrical or IT products will refer back the supplier or brands owner. Please check with the supplier customer services centre or call to our customer services hotline for more information.
  • Reward Points

This is applicable to redeem for purchase $50 and above.
